Cracked, Dusty and Worn Concrete

Bare concrete sheds dust and wears down fast. It soaks up oil and spills too. Once installed, the resin seals the surface and gives you a floor that is simple to keep clean.

Spills, Slips and Failed Audits

Wet patches and spills cause accidents in commercial kitchens and plants alike, and they can fail an audit. We match the finish to your process so spills clear quickly and your people keep their footing. Our clients tell us this is the first thing they notice after handover.

Downtime That Hits Your Trade

Every day your doors stay shut costs money, especially for warehouses, depots and retail units. We stage the work on site and plan around your shifts to keep disruption to your business to a minimum. You tell us the window, and we deliver inside it.

A Big, Busy Industrial and Commercial Base

Manufacturers here recorded £452.0 billion in product sales in 2025. Manufacturing output also grew by 0.9% in the three months to December 2025, according to the ONS.

Construction output in Great Britain rose by 1.8% across 2025, the fifth year of growth in a row. New builds and fit-outs keep needing strong floors.

The country had 2.73 million VAT or PAYE-registered businesses in March 2025. They operate from about 3.2 million local business sites, and each one needs a surface that lasts.

Epoxy Leads the Resin Flooring Market

One market analysis puts UK resinous flooring revenue at US$136.4 million in 2024. It expects that to reach US$248.5 million by 2033, with growth of around 7.2% a year from 2025.

Epoxy made up about 46.11% of that revenue in 2024, the largest share of any resin type. A separate 2026 update values industrial flooring at around US$109 million in 2025, with epoxy, polyurethane and other systems serving manufacturing, healthcare, food processing and transport.

We match the system to your traffic and your budget. Resin flooring systems can be tailored to each environment, so you get a tailored solution and not a one-size-fits-all quote. Each flooring solution comes with a written specification.

Epoxy Resin Systems for Heavy Traffic and Machinery

Epoxy resin systems withstand heavy traffic and machinery. They suit heavy-duty industrial environments, and we have installed them in loading bays, warehouses, and production lines. Self-smoothing epoxy gives you a flat, gloss floor, and our quartz systems add extra grip and thickness.

Polyurethane Systems and MMA for Food Plants and Fast Turnarounds

Polyurethane resin flooring is standard for food production. It copes with heat, steam, and washdowns that would craze a basic epoxy. Our polyurethane systems are installed in kitchens, dairies, and cold stores.

We also install MMA resin flooring, which cures in hours, so your downtime stays short. It is a smart pick when you cannot close for long.

Decorative Finishes, Anti-Slip Textures and Colour

Floors do not have to look dull. We offer decorative finishes in a wide range of colours, plus anti-slip textures for ramps, kitchens and wet areas. Your floor can match your brand and still pass every safety check.

We install specialist resin flooring systems from trusted manufacturers. We buy from reliable suppliers, so you get quality materials and a clear specification before we start.

Our Rough Price Per Square Metre

Industrial work usually lands lower than that average because the areas are large. Our own rough prices for industrial and commercial work look like this.

• Simple coating on a large floor: about £22 to £38 per m².
• Self-smoothing epoxy: about £45 to £70 per m².
• Quartz or heavy-duty polyurethane: about £60 to £100 per m².
• Floor preparation by grinding or shot blasting: about £8 to £20 per m² on top.
• Anti-slip finish: about £5 to £15 per m² extra.

What Moves Your Price Up or Down

Preparation is the biggest swing. On a poor slab, it can make up 30% to 50% of the job. A wet slab needs a moisture barrier primer, which adds about £10 to £25 per m².

System choice, floor size, access and working hours also change the figure. Bigger floors cost less per m² because set-up costs spread out. Out-of-hours work costs more.

A Quick Example: A 500 m² Warehouse

A 500 m² warehouse on a simple coating comes out at roughly £11,000 to £19,000. A tougher system with heavy preparation will cost more. We confirm the exact figure after we survey your floor.

This price is a rough guide only, and the actual cost varies with your premises, your system and the state of your concrete. Book a free survey, and we will give you a firm quote.

Straight Advice From Resin Flooring Specialists

We tell our clients what the floor needs and what it does not. If a cheaper flooring solution will do the job, we say so. We know the industry standards and the flooring systems on the market, and we name the materials in your quote.
